Home Manager Job Location: 201 Job Sector: Social Care Job Type: Permanent Salary: Date Job Posted: Ref: Our client in the Brentwood area is seeking an experienced Home Manager for a mixed gender, modern three/four bed care home for young people. You will be responsible for managing the home in accordance with the Children Act 1989 under section S60, Manage and support staff, monitor and insure that the quality of service provided to stakeholders, partners, Young People and associated parties are maintained, operating within approved budgets and timescales to achieve agreed outcome. Key / Relevant skills: - Min of 6 years management experience - Experience of working in a Young Person Care Home environment - Hold a Diploma in Social Work or NVQ Level 4 in Care plus NVQ Level 4 in management - Must be able to demonstrate of working with budgets & expenditure - Ability to delegate, supervises, motivate and spire staff. - Knowledge of Children Act 1989 and the Children Home 1991 regulations; - Health & Safety procedures - Excellent communication and advocacy skills Apply For This Job
