Staff Charge Nurse (RMN/RGN) Exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a ‘Staff Charge Nurse’ within a 7 bedded unit within an independent hospital in Surrey designed to care for service users who are deaf and suffering from enduring mental illness (including those detained under the mental health act 1983). Responsible to the Unit Manager the successful candidate must have sound leadership skills and a minimum of two years experience in a Manager position, preferable within in a death service and be committed to delivering a high quality of care. You will be RMN qualified (dual qualified RGN desirable but not essential) with a sound working knowledge of BSL, and posses a good understanding of the care standards act 2000. You will require a full and valid work permit. Successful candidates are required to provide an enhanced CRB. Located candidates living nearby are desirable. Salary £26,000 to £28,000 depending on experience and expertise and it’s a permanent role.
